1978
Aug. 10, Modern Rubber Industrial Co., Ltd. (Modern Rubber) was established to manufacture and market medical gloves and related products.
1985
Jul. 24, MOTEX HEALTHCARE CORP. was registered in Taipei, Taiwan.
1988
Jan. 9, Motex Health Co., Ltd was registered in Changhua, Taiwan.
Jan. 20, M.R.I. Co., Ltd. (MRI) was registered in Thailand, mainly manufacture latex surgical and examination gloves.
1989
Aug. 23, Modern Rubber passed the audit for GMP from US FDA, thus became the largest GMP manufacturer of latex medical gloves in Taiwan.
1992
MRI had met ISO9002 qualification requirements on Mar. 31, and was awarded certification on Jun. 26.
1993
Jun. 13, Modern Rubber passed the second audit for surgical gloves by US FDA.
1995
Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, China launched.In compliance with the government's plan to make Taiwan as Asia-Pacific Regional Operation Center, Motex re-organized its associated companies in Thailand, Hong Kong, USA, China to form Motex Healthcare Group.
1996
Modern Rubber successfully developed advanced glove producing machine (Model 600AT) on Oct. 30, Modern Rubber was awarded the certification of The International Golden Globe Award and received the certificate of Excellent Export Products made in Taiwan later on Nov. 4.
1997
Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. received ISO9002:1994 Certification in Dec.
1999
San Ho Tian Co., Ltd. was merged into Motex Healthcare Group in May.
Nov. 3, Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. received CE Mark certification for latex and nitrile gloves.
2001
In Jan., San Ho Tian moved to Taiwan plant.
April 17, Modern Rubber was audited by TUV and accredited ISO9001 EN46001 as well as CE Certification.
In July, Modern Rubber Changed the company name to "Modern Healthcare Corp.".
2002
In Jan., Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. obtained US FDA 510K approval for latex examination Gloves.
In Dec., Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. obtained US FDA 510K approval for nitrile examination gloves.
2003
Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. received ISO9001:2000, ISO13485:2000 certification and EN certification.
2004
Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. increased its capital up to USD 2,000,000 and was awarded “Excellent Taiwan-invested Enterprise in China”.
2005
Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. received “Contribution Award for 2004 Labor-job Promotion” in China.
Shanghai Motex Healthcare received ISO 13485:2003 certification.
In Oct., Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. awarded bronze medal in Taipei international invention prize for Strippable multi-layer medical gloves.
2006
Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. received China National CQC system certification.
In Oct., Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. awarded “New Patented Applied Medical Glove Prize” from QingPu city government.
2007
In July, Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. obtained US FDA 510K approval for latex surgical gloves.
2008
In May, Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. awarded “Water Resource Conservation Enterprise” certification by Shanghai city government.
2010
In Oct., Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. received “Clean Production” certification by Shanghai city government.
2011
In Feb., Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. became the first company to obtain national registration certificate in China for nitrile surgical gloves.
2012
In Jan., Mocare Health and SMH officially began independent operations from the group.
In Dec., Motex Healthcare Anhui Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as MHA) was established to manufacture surgical gloves for emerging market.
2013
In Mar., Shanghai Motex Healthcare appointed Motex Health Co. in Taipei to be its medical glove marketing center.
In Mar., Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. launched its own service and marketing center in Taiwan, Motex Health Co. Ltd.
In Oct., Shanghai Motex Healthcare obtained CE approval for polyisoprene surgical gloves.
In Nov. Motex Health Co., Ltd. officially changed its name to Mocare Health Co., Ltd.
2014
In Jun., Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. acquired FDA approval for polyisoprene surgical gloves.
In Jun., Shanghai Motex Healthcare Co. obtained Work Safety Standardization Certificate.
2016
In Mar., MHA put into production.
2017
MHA received ISO 13485:2016 and CE Mark certification for sterile surgical gloves andsterile examination gloves.
2018
MHA obtained US FDA 510K approval for latex surgical gloves, nitrile surgical gloves, polyisoprene surgical gloves, latex examination gloves and nitrile examination gloves.
