Motex Healthcare (Anhui) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as MHA) is certified by ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Every single manufacturing process is to make sure all products are in accordance with EN, ASTM, JIS, ISO, and AS/NZS standards, and most of all, to satisfy the expectations of our customers.
MHA covers an area of 58,000 square meters (about 87.82 mu) with a building area of 26,000 square meters. The company plans to invest $16.6 million, divided into two phases. The first phase of the project has been completed with an investment of over $10 million, installing six production lines. An additional six lines will be launched in 2027.
The annual production capacity of MHA is 200 million pieces for medical gloves and 100 million pieces for examination gloves. The products are mainly sold to the domestic market and international markets.
MHA utilizes fully automated production lines to manufacture its main products, which include single-use sterile rubber surgical gloves, single-use nitrile surgical gloves, and single-use polyisoprene surgical gloves. The company's facilities include laboratories, Class 10,000 cleanrooms, Class 10,000 microbiology rooms, sterile rooms, etc.
MHA’s products have obtained ISO 9001 certification and ISO 13485 medical device special system certification. Additionally, we have obtained the registration certificate from the US FDA (United States Food and Drug Administration) and the registration certificates for Class I and Class II medical devices from the Anhui Provincial Food and Drug Administration.
